FABRINET (2025)

Welcome to our innovative approach to building design and foundation optimization. We use PILE-OP together with ETABS to streamline workflows for over 500 pile cap arrangements, ensuring efficiency and precision in fast-track construction. Our post-tensioned slab design is expertly handled by Posteck Prestressing, utilizing our proprietary tool PT-OP in conjunction with PTDATA from Seneca Inc. Together, deliver exceptional results for a total building area of approximately 200,000 m².

MED BUILDING (2025)

Elevate your building design process with world-class analysis software, ETABS. We carefully consider gravity, wind, and seismic loads while integrating it with our proprietary PILE-OP for optimized pile design. This synergy accelerates your workflow enhances design accuracy. Additionally, our PT-OP specializes in optimizing post-tensioned slabs, ensuring you achieve the thinnest yet flat plate for spans of to 12 meters.
