Thailand's DPT 1301-50 (Standard for wind load calculation) and DPT 1302-61 (Standard for Seismic Design) are currently adopted for building design practice. Here is the summary of load combinations for structural design according to codes:

[1] Gravity + Wind Load (DPT1301-50 following Building Acts Issue 6: 2527)
For strength design 1.4D + 1.7L 1.05D+1.275L + 1.6W 0.9D + 1.6W
For allowable stress design
1.0D + 0.75(L + W)
0.6D + W
EIT 011008-21 standard for structural concrete using the strength design method -- 8% higher W than DPT 1301-50, but unnecessarily required
1.4 D + 1.7 L
0.75(1.4D + 1.7L) + 1.3W
0.9D + 1.3W
ACI 318-99 (Gravity + Wind Load) -- Recommended
1.4D
1.4D+1.7L
0.9D+ 1.3W
1.05D + 1.275L + 1.275W* W* must be scaled by 1.25 to agree with DPT1301-50
ACI318-02, ACI318-05, ACI318-08 (G+W)
1.4D
1.2D + 1.6L 0.9D + 1.6W 1.2D + 1.6W
ACI 318-11 (Gravity + Wind) -- Not recommended
1.4D
1.2D + 1.6L
1.2D + 1.0L + 1.0W
0.9D + 1.0W

[2] Gravity + Seismic (DPT 1302-61) is similar to Building Acts 2566 For member design using SDM 1.05D + 1.275L + 1.0E 0.9+1.0E For WSD check, i.e. foundation check 1.0D + 0.7E
1.0D +0.525E +0.75L 0.6D + 0.7E
ACI 318-02, 318-05, 315-08
1.4D 1.2D+ 1.6L
1.2D + 1.0L + 1.0E
0.9D + 1.0E
ACI 318-11 (Gravity + Seismic)
1.4D
1.2D + 1.6L
1.2D + 1.0L + 1.0E
0.9D + 1.0E
