Is it allowed to use concrete pile without dowel bars in SDC C?

❌ No. According to ACI 318-14 (ASCE 7-10), we need to extend at least pc strand from concrete pile into pilecap. For using pc strand the fixity of pile to pilecap is limited and shall not be counted.
